chan: Type: SystemInt32
Channel handle
cl: Type: SystemString
Returned class into

Remarks

The channel label is stored in the "CLASS" parameter of the channel reg. If no class is defined, then an empty string is returned. The channel must be locked <define>DB_LOCK_READONLY</define> or <define>DB_LOCK_READWRITE</define>
